FEDORA is proud to celebrate an exceptional milestone: both representatives of the FEDORA Audience Award 2019 Winner, Touche le Ciel – Dance & New Technologies, have now been honoured as Femmes de Culture.

In 2024, Orianne Vilmer, President of La Fabrique de la Danse, was named Femme de Culture for her commitment to artistic education and her leadership within the organisation.
In 2025, Christine Bastin, Artistic Director of La Fabrique de la Danse and choreographer, received the same distinction in the “Spectacle vivant” category, recognising her decades-long contribution to the choreographic field and her role in shaping innovative pedagogical approaches.

The “100 Femmes de Culture” distinction, under the patronage of the French Ministry of Culture, celebrates women whose work strengthens the vitality and influence of Francophone culture.
Seeing both representatives of the 2019 FEDORA Audience Award–winning project honoured in consecutive years highlights the lasting impact of Touche le Ciel – Dance & New Technologies and the creative leadership at its core.

We warmly congratulate Orianne Vilmer and Christine Bastin on this remarkable achievement.
